Changes to my study programme: visual arts.

Well, in this case, I study visual arts, and art itself is a deeply forgotten and underappreciated area. So, saying that, I would say that in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Chile, there are many things that I would change to make the Faculty a little more comfortable, and also, somethings about the academic framework.

The academic curriculum brings the first year basic subjects, such as color, study of volume, graphics, and drawing, and once you advance to the second year, it crumbles into more specific disciplines, such as painting, engraving, textile. The truth is, I think the degree is very nice, and it has very interesting subjects and skills that are useful for some future trade, but at the same time, there are some areas, like painting, where the closed idea of art remains, and that bothers me, because if someone is different or has other proposals, they suffer a lot, there are many people with closed minds who give certain workshops, that makes it tedious.

On the other hand, regarding infrastructure, there are a couple of things that should be improved, such as the bathrooms, perhaps more bathrooms, some roofs that get rained on in winter, some roofs that have asbestos... the good thing is that there is grass and trees, so it is nice in the breaks to rest.

But in reality, hopefully little by little the faculty will improve so that studying is comfortable for working, improve some technologies, such as an "octopus" for screen printing, so it's much easier to fit, but that! What about your college? Would you change something?
